Lack of Soundproofing: One major drawback of this hotel was the lack of soundproofing. I could hear noise from the surroundings, including traffic and neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I stayed at Blue Palm Hotel for one night on my way to Envision festival. The rooms were spacious and had a small fridge. The beds were comfy and the AC worked great. The staff at the front desk were kind and helpful, speaking English fluently. They provided plush towels, shampoo, soap, and even showed me how to use the lockbox. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the main street and the beach. Great value for the price.

my recent stay in jaco was underwhelming, but Blue Palm Hotel exceeded expectations. the spacious rooms, excellent shower, and helpful staff made a difference. location was prime and room was surprisingly clean and well-maintained.

I recently had the pleasure of spending my Christmas vacation at a hotel in Jaco. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and situated on a safe and lively main road. One of the best aspects of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and were always willing to assist with any request. the hotel had a clean and well-maintained pool, which was a great way to cool off and relax after a day of exploring the area.

While my overall experience was enjoyable, there were a few aspects that could have been better. the rooms were basic and lacked some amenities I would have liked, such as a mini-fridge and a safety box.

Our stay at Blue Palm was fantastic! We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a full kitchen that we enjoyed using. The pool was clean and well maintained, and we loved spending time in the outdoor sitting area. The location was great, just a short walk to a fantastic soda restaurant and a convenience store. We also loved the fact that it was only a 10-minute walk to the main street and the beautiful beach.

Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff

During our recent stay at Blue Palm Hotel, we were pleased with our overall experience. The room was adequately equipped, with a refrigerator and kitchen setup that proved to be quite handy for our needs. The hotel staff, particularly a friendly Costa Rican girl at the front desk, provided excellent service and even assisted us with directions when we needed to see a doctor. The pool facility, although not expansive, was a nice addition to our stay. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near great restaurants in the area.
